How van loads are priced

You are charged for the space your waste actually takes up, not for the van turning up. Our vans are 15 cubic yards, so a full load is the top row of this table.

A full van is 15 cubic yards. Every price includes labour, loading, transport and licensed disposal. All prices include VAT.

Two things can add to it, and we tell you about both before we start: extra time is €30 per 10 minutes beyond the time shown, and extra weight is €0.35 per kg over the limit for that volume. Heavy loads like rubble, soil and tile hit the weight limit long before they fill the van, which is why weight is priced separately.

The difference between us and a man with a van

Anyone can rent a van. The questions worth asking are whether they hold a waste collection permit, whether they are insured to carry your belongings, and where the load actually ends up. If it is fly-tipped, the waste is traced back to you, not to the driver.

We hold permit NWCPO-16-11754-04, we are insured, and every load goes through a licensed facility with a docket to prove it.

Licensed, insured and accountable. We hold Waste Collection Permit NWCPO-16-11754-04 and €6.5m public liability insurance. Every load is weighed and disposed of through licensed facilities, and we can supply a waste transfer docket for your records — which matters if you are an executor, a solicitor or a letting agent.
